By accessing and using OptiOne, the OptiArms staff portal, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
This system is for authorized OptiArms personnel only. You agree to use our services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms and OptiArms company policies. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify IT immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
All information accessed through OptiOne is confidential and proprietary to OptiArms. You agree not to disclose, share, or distribute any information obtained through this system to unauthorized parties. Breach of confidentiality may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment and/or legal action.
Your use of this system may be monitored and recorded for security, compliance, and quality assurance purposes. By accessing OptiOne, you consent to such monitoring and recording. OptiArms reserves the right to review any communications or activities conducted through this system.
You may not use this system to: (a) violate any applicable laws, regulations, or company policies; (b) access or attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to use; (c) transmit any harmful or malicious code; (d) interfere with or disrupt the services or servers; (e) share your login credentials with others; or (f) engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OptiArms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of OptiOne.
OptiArms reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to OptiOne at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination of employment or access rights, your ability to use the services will immediately cease.
